Our work began with the study of prevailing patterns among users. To do this, we conducted workshops with the customer and interviewed the users of similar platforms to complete use cases and customer journey map
Sometime after the start of the first phase, we started the UI design stage. Here we collected mood boards. Drew style in different color schemers, though over the logo options and branding in general. Later, they turned into a ready-made website design.
The development phase is the longest and most laborious process. 4 of our front-end and back-end developers were typesetting, writing logic, reinforcing the CRM system and optimizing the code to achieve maximum site loading speed. We managed to download the first content in 1.5s.
We connected heat maps and google analytics to the platforms. They collect information about user interaction with the system. As such, we continue to improvement stage is still in progress.
Having a large scope of work, we were obliged to adhere to strict deadlines for each stage of the work. Due to to the constant control of the budget, deadlines, and quality we completed the project 2.5 months ahead of schedule.
We divided all users into two roles^ travelers and hosts. Each user has a unique set of functionality. User flow of each user is unique and thought out to the smallest detail, this allows the user to focus on his goals and objectives.
The minimum interaction time to obtain the desired result
Just 1 step to become a host
Just 2 step to book an experience
Just 3 step to create an experience
The flow of traveler’s interaction with the interface: searching catalog using filters, viewing experiences on a map, viewing the experience page and booking it
On the catalog page are smart filters and search that can help you find experience by location, by time, by type of activity, by the number of people in the team, etc.z
We have placed all the necessary information on the experience page, based on a survey of users of competing services. This information is entered by the host when it creates the experience.
To make it easier for the user to read information, we completely reworked the experience page for mobile devices.
Today, most of the users go to the internet of mobile devices, so it is so important to use the to use the capabilities of native applications to the maximum.
